The successful candidate will be responsible for providing application support, troubleshooting complex system issues, maintaining business continuity, and acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the SAP FICO module. Key Responsibilities Provide application support for critical business systems and resolve complex technical and functional issues. Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP FICO . Analyze system issues, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions. Perform application remediation and IT troubleshooting. Monitor system health and proactively identify potential risks to minimize downtime. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system performance and reliability. Support continuous improvement initiatives and recommend preventive measures. Provide solutions and technical guidance to the immediate team and other teams when required. Take ownership of team decisions and contribute to effective team performance. Share knowledge and technical insights with team members to promote a collaborative working environment. Requirements 6–9 years of relevant experience in SAP FICO, Application Support, or related roles. Strong hands-on experience and expertise in the SAP FICO module . Experience in application support / production support . Strong knowledge of IT troubleshooting and application remediation . Proven ability to analyze and resolve complex system issues. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Good communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience working collaboratively with multiple teams. Team leadership or management experience is an added advantage. Experience in the Plantation & Agriculture industry is an added advantage. Pay: RM18,000.00 - RM20,000.00 per hour Application Question(s): How many years of hands-on experience do you have with SAP FICO, particularly in Application Support / Production Support?
