The successful candidate will be responsible for investigating and resolving incidents, fulfilling service requests, supporting problem management, and contributing to continuous improvements of SAP EWM processes. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day application support for SAP EWM . Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve SAP EWM incidents and issues. Handle and fulfill application-related service requests within agreed service levels. Perform root-cause analysis and support problem management activities. Monitor recurring issues and recommend solutions to prevent future incidents. Work with business users to understand and resolve warehouse management-related concerns. Support SAP EWM configuration, testing, and functional troubleshooting as required. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for SAP EWM processes and functionality. Coordinate with technical teams and other SAP functional teams when issues require cross-functional resolution. Maintain proper documentation of incidents, solutions, and application support procedures. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP EWM . Hands-on experience providing SAP EWM application/production support . Strong experience in incident investigation and resolution . Experience with service request fulfillment and problem management . Good understanding of warehouse management processes and SAP EWM functionality. Experience in troubleshooting functional issues and conducting root-cause analysis. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with technical and business teams. Preferred Experience with SAP S/4HANA EWM . Experience in continuous improvement or enhancement projects. Exposure to integration between EWM and other SAP modules , particularly SAP MM/SD. Experience working in an ITIL-based application support environment.
