SAP Expert

Обязанности:

• Provide support, maintenance, and continuous improvement of SAP ERP solutions used across operational and business processes.
• Analyze, gather, and document business requirements, translating them into system enhancements and functional solutions.
• Participate in the design, implementation, testing, and optimization of SAP-related processes and system changes.
• Investigate business and system issues, identify root causes, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Deliver user support, troubleshooting, training, and guidance, including resolution of complex and escalated SAP issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate business processes, improve reporting capabilities, and enhance data management through SAP and Microsoft tools. Требования:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Logistics, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP, including user support, process optimization, and system enhancement activities.
• Strong understanding of ERP principles and business process integration across functional areas.
• Experience in business requirements analysis, process documentation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and change management.
• Advanced MS Excel skills and practical experience with data analysis, automation, macros, and SAP-Excel integration.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and interact effectively with cross-functional teams; English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher.
• Fluent Kazakh, English and Russian languages with willingness to travel across Central Asia and internationally when required. Условия:
