Their responsibility primarily covers the implementation, configuration, testing, training, and deployment of SAP EWM solutions based on defined business requirements. They are responsible for analyzing warehouse and logistics processes, translating business requirements into SAP EWM solutions, configuring the system, improving warehouse processes, and identifying opportunities for process optimization and automation. They work closely with SAP functional and technical teams, client stakeholders, key users, and end users to ensure that the implemented solution meets business and operational requirements. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for business process analysis and engineering across all phases of the project lifecycle, including project preparation, blueprinting, configuration, customization, testing, end-user training, Go-Live preparation, and overall client management for SAP EWM projects. Assess customer warehouse and logistics requirements, design appropriate SAP EWM solutions, and implement these solutions to support efficient warehouse operations and ensure customer satisfaction. Perform end-to-end SAP EWM configuration covering warehouse structure, storage types, storage sections, storage bins, warehouse process types, inbound and outbound delivery processes, putaway and stock removal strategies, warehouse tasks and orders, Handling Unit management, physical inventory, replenishment, and internal warehouse movements. Configure and support SAP EWM integration with related SAP modules, particularly SAP MM and SD, as well as relevant external warehouse systems. Analyze and optimize warehouse and logistics processes, identifying opportunities for process improvement, automation, and increased operational efficiency. Manage and support master data preparation, validation, and migration related to warehouse operations, including material, warehouse, storage bin, Handling Unit, and other relevant master data. Facilitate Functional Testing, Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), key-user training, and end-user training. Coordinate with SAP functional and technical consultants to ensure proper integration, data flow, and alignment of SAP EWM with overall business processes. Prepare standard project documentation, including Business Process Blueprints, Business User Requirements, Functional Specifications, End-User Manuals, Configuration Manuals, Test Scripts, and Test Results. Provide Go-Live, Hypercare, and post-implementation support, ensuring timely resolution of SAP EWM issues and stable warehouse operations. Job Specifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related business or technical course. Experience in warehouse management, logistics, inventory management, or supply chain operations, with knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics NAV. Completed at least one full-cycle SAP EWM implementation, preferably with experience in SAP S/4HANA or SAP EWM. Strong knowledge of SAP EWM processes, configuration, and integration with related SAP modules, particularly MM and SD. Familiarity with SAP implementation methodologies and different SAP versions. Preferably with experience in a local SAP-enabled manufacturing, distribution, retail, or logistics company. Experience in warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, put away, picking, packing, inventory management, and internal warehouse movements. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and client management skills. Work Location: Hybrid remote in Makati
