The consultant will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing migration objects while ensuring data accuracy and quality throughout validation, mock load, and cutover activities. The role will involve close collaboration with both functional and technical teams. Key Responsibilities Design and develop data migration objects using SAP Data Services (BODS). Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) activities. Develop, test, and execute migration jobs and workflows . Support mock loads, data reconciliation, validation, and cutover activities . Investigate and resolve data migration errors and performance-related issues . Work closely with functional consultants to validate data mapping and transformation rules . Support data integration across various SAP modules . Prepare and maintain technical documentation, specifications, and migration procedures . Ensure data accuracy, quality, and consistency throughout the migration lifecycle. Required Experience Minimum 5 years of SAP experience . Strong hands-on experience with SAP Data Services / SAP BODS . Hands-on experience with LTMC (Legacy Transfer Migration Cockpit) . Experience in job and workflow development, data mapping, debugging, and performance tuning . Hands-on experience with IDocs, BAPI, and RFC . Good understanding of SAP data structures across FI, MM, SD, or cross-functional modules . Proven experience supporting SAP data migration projects . Preferred Qualifications Experience with S/4HANA migration or SAP conversion programs . Exposure to other ETL tools , such as SLT or non-SAP ETL solutions. Experience working on multi-country rollouts, transformation, or global SAP programs . Competencies Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Proactive, accountable, and solution-oriented approach. Ability to collaborate effectively with global and cross-functional project teams . Adaptable and comfortable working in fast-paced project environments .
