SAP Concur (Travel & Expense) Consultant
We are looking for an experienced SAP Concur Travel & Expense Consultant with strong end-to-end implementation experience across SAP Concur Expense and Travel solutions.The ideal candidate must have participated in two or more full lifecycle SAP Concur implementations, from business requirements and solution design through configuration, integrations, testing, deployment, go-live, and post-production hypercare.This role will work closely with business stakeholders, Finance, Accounting, IT, Travel Management, and technical integration teams to deliver scalable Travel & Expense solutions.Key Responsibilities Lead or participate in end-to-end SAP Concur implementations from requirements gathering through go-live and hypercare. Gather and analyze business requirements for Travel & Expense processes. Design and configure SAP Concur Expense based on business and organizational requirements. Configure expense types, policies, workflows, approval hierarchies, audit rules, user permissions, and reimbursement processes. Configure and support SAP Concur Travel, including travel policies, booking processes, travel preferences, and approval workflows. Design functional solutions for integration between Concur and SAP ERP/SAP S/4HANA and other financial systems. Work with technical teams to define integration requirements, data mappings, interfaces, APIs, and file-based integrations. Coordinate with integration teams for successful development and testing of inbound/outbound interfaces. Support employee/user master data integration and financial/accounting data integration. Develop functional specifications, configuration documents, process flows, and mapping documents. Create and execute functional, integration, regression, and UAT test scenarios. Coordinate UAT with business users and resolve functional defects. Support data migration and validation activities. Prepare the solution for production deployment and participate in cutover and go-live activities. Troubleshoot configuration, workflow, integration, and data issues and perform root-cause analysis. Work with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements and enhancements. Support Concur releases, upgrades, and new functionality. Required Skills 8+ years of hands-on SAP Concur experience. Mandatory: End-to-end SAP Concur implementation experience. Strong hands-on experience with Concur Expense. Strong experience with Concur Travel. Experience with at least one SAP Concur implementation from design through go-live. Strong knowledge of Travel & Expense business processes. Experience configuring Concur policies, workflows, approval rules, expense types, and audit rules. Experience integrating SAP Concur with SAP ERP/SAP S/4HANA or other financial systems.
