The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with SAP Business One , understands key business processes such as Finance, Purchasing, Sales, and Inventory, and enjoys helping users troubleshoot issues and get the most out of their systems. This is a great opportunity for an SAP professional who is comfortable working independently, supporting international users, and coordinating with external IT/SAP partners when escalation is required. What You'll Do Provide first-line SAP Business One functional support to users across Singapore and the Philippines. Troubleshoot and resolve SAP issues involving Finance, Purchasing, Sales, Inventory, Logistics, and Invoicing . Assist users with SAP transactions, queries, reports, and day-to-day system processes. Investigate issues and determine whether they are related to user processes, data, configuration, or technical problems . Provide basic first-line ICT support for application access, remote support, and common technical issues. Coordinate with external SAP and IT support partners for issues requiring further technical assistance. Assist with user onboarding, account access, and system setup across business applications. Create and maintain user guides, work instructions, and troubleshooting documentation . Provide user guidance and basic training on SAP processes and common issues. Assist with UAT, testing, system improvements, and process enhancements . Track and follow up on support issues through resolution. Identify recurring problems and suggest ways to improve system processes and user experience. What We're Looking For Hands-on experience supporting SAP Business One in a functional or techno-functional role. Good understanding of SAP Business One workflows and business processes. Experience with SAP Business One troubleshooting, queries, and reporting . Knowledge of one or more of the following areas: Finance / Accounting Purchasing Sales Inventory Logistics Intercompany transactions Experience providing application or end-user support . Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests. Strong written and verbal English communication skills . Comfortable working with users and teams across different countries and time zones. Customer-focused, patient, organized, and proactive. Nice to Have Experience supporting multi-company or multi-database SAP Business One environments . Experience with complex intercompany processes . Previous experience supporting APAC-based users. Experience creating technical or user documentation. Basic knowledge of general IT/ICT troubleshooting . Experience with UAT, system implementations, or process improvement projects.
