Skills - Domain knowledge of Work Management and business processes, industry best practices, and capabilities, for examples: Maintenance Strategy Development and Optimisation, Maintenance Planning and Scheduling, Maintenance Execution, Event and Investigation Management - Domain knowledge of Work Management and Technology solution supporting the capabilities, for examples: SAP Plant Maintenance, SAP Fiori, Asset Performance Management, Master Data Governance, SAP BW, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP EHS - Effective oral and written communication skills; ability to present and discuss technical information in a way that establishes rapport, persuades others, and gains understanding - Ability to engage with others and to use multiple data points to take a planned and structured approach to solving problems - Demonstrates an ability to identify key / critical working relationships within and across teams, and promote the effective development of these relationships - Is able to persuade, convince, influence and generate commitment across org levels - Strong strategic thinking capability with an ability to lead change within BHP and partner ecosystem - Safety and sustainability mind-set - Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related (STEM) discipline is desirable - Knowledge & practical experience in the area of Agile, DevOps methodologies and practices is an advantage.
