The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development , combined with a solid understanding of SAP business processes across SD, MM, WM, and FI-CO . We are seeking someone who can work independently, collaborate effectively with functional teams, troubleshoot complex issues, and translate business requirements into reliable technical solutions. S/4HANA exposure is an advantage but is not mandatory. We value candidates who demonstrate strong technical capability, functional understanding, flexibility, punctuality, availability, and a genuine willingness to learn. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, debug, and deploy custom SAP ABAP programs. Develop and maintain reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, conversions, and other ABAP objects. Work closely with functional consultants and business analysts to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues in existing SAP programs and processes. Analyze and optimize ABAP programs for performance, scalability, and reliability. Develop solutions integrating SAP with other SAP modules and third-party systems. Work with functional areas including SD, MM, WM, and FI-CO . Review existing code and recommend improvements in accordance with development standards and best practices. Prepare technical specifications, program documentation, and user-related technical documentation. Conduct unit testing and support integration and user acceptance testing. Participate in implementation, enhancement, and maintenance projects. Stay current with SAP technologies and continuously develop technical and functional knowledge. Required Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field . 3–5 years of professional experience in SAP ABAP development. Strong hands-on programming experience in ABAP . Good understanding of SAP business processes and integration points. Practical knowledge of one or more of the following SAP modules: SD – Sales & Distribution MM – Materials Management WM – Warehouse Management FI-CO – Financial Accounting & Controlling Strong troubleshooting, debugging, testing, and performance-tuning skills. Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into effective technical solutions. Good communication and collaboration skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with functional and technical teams. Preferred Qualifications S/4HANA exposure or project experience — a plus, but not required. SAP ABAP certification is an advantage. Experience working with modern SAP development tools and technologies. Experience with SAP integrations and third-party systems. Familiarity with performance optimization and ABAP development best practices.
