This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade SAP solutions within an SAP S/4HANA environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering scalable, high-quality applications while adhering to SAP Clean Core principles and supporting critical integrations across SAP and non-SAP platforms. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned SAP professional who is passionate about modern SAP development, integration technologies, and delivering business-critical solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain SAP applications and custom developments within SAP S/4HANA environments. Deliver RICEFW objects and enhancements while following SAP best practices and Clean Core principles. Develop and expose SAP functionality through APIs and OData services to support integration requirements. Create and maintain technical specifications and development documentation. Build and maintain OData services, RESTful APIs, and SAP Gateway solutions. Support integrations between SAP systems and enterprise platforms including SAP BTP, SAP FSM, SAP Concur, Salesforce, Power Apps, and Kronos. Develop and support BAPIs, IDocs, ALE, and other SAP integration technologies. Design and develop SAP Fiori and UI5 applications that deliver intuitive and responsive user experiences. Extend standard SAP Fiori applications and build custom SAPUI5 applications as required. Contribute to modernizing user experiences across SAP solutions. Conduct peer code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and governance requirements. Optimize application performance, scalability, and maintainability. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, production defects, and system performance bottlenecks. Participate in testing, debugging, upgrades, and support activities. Qualifications University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP ABAP development. Strong expertise in SAP ABAP, AMDP, and CDS development within SAP S/4HANA environments. Extensive experience with SAP Fiori, SAPUI5, Fiori Elements, and JavaScript. Strong knowledge of SAP Gateway, OData Services, RESTful APIs, BAPIs, IDocs, and ALE. Understanding of SAP Clean Core concepts and modern extension approaches. Experience analyzing functional specifications and translating them into technical solutions. Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Experience working with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). Exposure to enterprise integrations involving Salesforce, Power Platform, Concur, FSM, or Kronos. Experience in large-scale enterprise or multinational environments. SAP certifications are an advantage.
