The Role We are seeking a driven SAP ABAP Consultant (with 1+ years of experience) to join our Enterprise Applications team. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement custom SAP solutions, enhance existing functionalities, and optimize business processes across various SAP modules. Key Responsibilities ABAP Development: Design, build, and maintain ABAP programs, RICEF objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms) within SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments. Collaboration: Partner with functional consultants and business users to translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications. System Optimization: Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of existing ABAP programs to ensure system efficiency and stability. Quality Assurance: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for ABAP developments to guarantee the integrity of solutions. Lifecycle Management: Participate in the full SDLC (requirements, design, coding, testing, deployment, and support) and maintain thorough technical documentation. Qualifications Experience: 1+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP ABAP Consultant. Core ABAP Skills: Proven expertise in RICEF object development. Strong knowledge of ABAP workbench tools, ABAP Objects, BAPIs, BADIs, user exits, and enhancements. Integration & Modules: Familiarity with SAP modules (SD, MM, FICO, PP, or HR) and integration technologies (RFC, IDoc, OData, and Web Services). Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field. Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Nice-to-Have: SAP ABAP certification and experience with SAP Fiori/UI5 development are distinct advantages.
