# SANDWICH PANEL SUPERVISOR **Al Reef Project L.L.C.** · Abu Dhabi · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 9 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role The Sandwich Panel Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating the installation of sandwich panels for walls, roofs, ceilings, cold rooms, warehouses, and other construction projects. The supervisor ensures that all installation activities are completed safely, efficiently, and according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage the sandwich panel installation team and daily site activities. Ensure proper installation of wall panels, roof panels, insulated panels, and related accessories. Read and understand approved drawings, specifications, and installation requirements. Plan daily manpower, materials, tools, and equipment requirements. Coordinate with the Project Manager, Site Engineer, Consultant, and other construction teams. Ensure all materials are properly stored and handled to prevent damage. Inspect completed work and ensure installation meets required quality standards. Monitor panel alignment, fixing, sealing, insulation, waterproofing, and finishing. Ensure proper installation of flashings, trims, sealants, gutters, and other accessories. Identify installation problems and take corrective action immediately. Ensure workers follow approved work procedures and project schedules. Monitor productivity and ensure work is completed within the planned timeline. Maintain daily work progress reports and manpower records. Coordinate material requirements with the procurement and store departments. Ensure compliance with all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements. Conduct toolbox talks and ensure workers use proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Report any safety hazards, accidents, damages, or technical issues to management immediately. Coordinate with other trades to avoid delays and conflicts at the work site. Required Qualifications & Experience: Diploma or Technical Certificate in Construction, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sandwich panel installation and supervision. Experience in wall and roof sandwich panel installation is required. Good knowledge of construction drawings and specifications. Ability to manage and supervise workers effectively. Knowledge of HSE and quality requirements. Good communication and leadership skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
