We are looking for a dynamic Saudi female professional who possesses a deep-rooted passion for delivering exceptional service to clients, combined with strong leadership and operational expertise. Key Responsibilities Client-Centric Leadership: Champion a culture of excellence with a passion for delivering exceptional service to clients, ensuring every guest enjoys a luxurious and seamless boutique experience. Hands-On Operations: Lead by example with a hands-on approach, stepping in to manage reception, handle calls, and support guest services as needed to ensure seamless daily operations. Team & Salon Management: Oversee day-to-day salon and home service operations, motivating our all-female team to maintain top-tier service and performance standards. Financial & Inventory Oversight: Drive revenue growth, monitor stock levels, manage daily workflows, and meet monthly targets. Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to local health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Manage local administrative requirements, including basic government and portal coordination (such as Qiwa and Balady) to keep the studio fully aligned with local regulations. Requirements Gender & Nationality: Female candidates only . In alignment with local workforce growth, we strongly prefer Saudi nationals . Work Schedule: 6 days a week , requiring a flexible, hands-on mindset and readiness to support the front-of-house team. Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of managerial experience in a high-end luxury salon, spa, or customer-centric hospitality environment within KSA. Passion & Skills: A genuine love for the beauty industry, exceptional interpersonal skills, and high comfort levels with direct customer interaction (reception and phones). Languages: Bilingual proficiency in both Arabic and English is mandatory. What We Offer Competitive Salary: SAR 8,000 to SAR 10,000 per month (commensurate with experience).
