We require a fun, out going personality, who can work as a team, and Manager the day to day running of the business. Our ideal candidate will: - Have high standards in customer relations as being the first point of contact and first impression of the salon for existing and new clients - Ensure that our clients receives a consistent excellent level of service on every visit - Stong leadership of a large team - Take pride in their appearance and presentation and have a genuine interest in the fashion/beauty industry - Demonstrate strong sales skills and an interest in our retail products - Be social media savvy, to help grow our brand through social media - Have a genuine interest in business goals, and be involved with the team on reaching and exceeding salon targets - Be computer literate - Be passionate about delivering excellence in all aspects of the role Role will include: - Managing all bookings and enquiries - Stock management and ordering - Managing client bills and end of day cashing up - General motivation of staff and housekeeping - General operation of front of house while coordinating the clients visit in a warm professional manner In return we offer: - A fun, relaxed working environment - Staff discounts - Company pension scheme - On going training and development - Competitive salary Job Type: Full-time Pay: From £14.00 per hour Ability to commute/relocate: - Pontefract, WF8 1AG: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Work Location: In person
