They must promote the desired brand culture and work ethos of Guinot following through set image guidelines. Works with the team to ensure the salon is performing in line with the franchise model and to actively promote our business to clients. Works to ensure a first-class service is delivered and maintained to clients, potential franchisees’ and other franchisees visiting the salon. Role Specifics - Responsible for the daily efficient and effective operation of the salon ensuring compliance with the Guinot Franchise Operations Manual, alongside maintaining the delivery of high customer care and service standards - Ensure salon operates according to all safety and regulatory guidelines - Managing, monitoring and evaluating staff to ensure the standards required are met - Motivate, coach and develop team in addition to appraisals and regular staff meetings to improve performance levels - Review and assist in setting quarterly and annual salon budgets/target and therapist targets - Responsible for driving the business forward and ensuring the salon achieves the company set targets in all given areas, performance will be monitored accordingly - Establish relationships that increase business and develop additional opportunities through networking and referrals - Order, monitor, control and maintain adequate stock levels - Produce weekly, monthly and quarterly financial and activity reports for Guinot Mary Cohr UK Ltd - Responsible for staff orientation including first aid, fire safety, data protection and general regulatory guideline training - Ensuring the First Aiders are up to date in their training - Authorisation of Beauty Therapists annual leave, ensuring the salon is appropriately staffed to meet the needs of the business - Actively support and promote internal and external promotional activities and marketing initiatives supplied - Communicate ,inform and update team regarding promotions, product and treatment launches and company policies - Monitor and track Beauty Therapist performance to target, communicate individual progress and identify objectives to achieve targets - Monitor and review business trends and KPIs - Finance – daily cashing up and banking duties - Suggest and monitor adverts, editorials and marketing initiatives - Monitor appointment bookings, treatment times and payments to ensure they are correct and have been scheduled in the most efficient way - General reception and admin duties - Supervise administrative functions ensuring all client records are up-to date and filed appropriately - Implement marketing cycles and events using guide provided, monitor and report on promotional activity results - Commitment to and participation in ongoing training and development to assist with professional development Additional - Strong leadership skills with ability to solve problems, make decisions, use initiative and to work without supervision - Have good organisational experience and time management skills appropriate to the role - Preferably proven experience in Spa/Salon Management - Preferably professionally qualified to NVQ 3 in Beauty Therapy - Computer knowledge including Excel, Word and PowerPoint - Guinot and Masters Colors trained to level appropriate to qualification - Staff recruitment and selection - Be able to work flexibly and reliably to meet the needs of the business in a customer focused environment, and have a comprehension of and commitment to the delivery of a high quality service - Flexible working due to opening hours of the Salon including evenings and weekends and must be prepared to travel within UK and France if required - Demonstrate an understanding of customers Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year Benefits: - Company pension - Employee discount - Store discount Application question(s): - Have you worked in a managerial role for two or more years? - How would you recruit new clients to the business? - How would you motivate your team?
