Job Title: Salon Manager (Russian Speaker)

Location: Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, UAE

Salary: Up to AED 15,000/month + Insurance & Medical

About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Salon Manager to lead daily operations at a premium salon in Nad Al Sheba. The ideal candidate is a Russian-speaking professional with a proven track record managing salons in the UAE, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day salon operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high service standards
• Lead, schedule, train and motivate stylists, therapists and front-desk staff
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, especially Russian-speaking clientele
• Drive revenue through service upselling, retail sales, packages and memberships
• Set and track monthly sales targets, KPIs and staff performance
• Manage inventory, stock ordering and supplier coordination
• Handle client feedback and resolve complaints professionally
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality health, safety and hygiene regulations
• Plan promotions and support social media/marketing initiatives
• Prepare operational and financial reports for management

Requirements

• Fluency in Russian and English (mandatory)
• Proven experience as a Salon Manager within the UAE
• Strong understanding of beauty, hair, nail and spa services
• Excellent leadership, communication and customer service skills
• Sales-driven mindset with experience meeting revenue targets
• Familiarity with salon booking/POS systems
• Must be currently present in the UAE
