The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, respectful, and comfortable working in a busy luxury salon environment. Key Responsibilities Salon Cleaning & Hygiene Clean and sanitize all salon areas, including reception, treatment rooms, hair stations, nail areas, bathrooms, staff areas, and common spaces. Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors and surfaces regularly. Clean mirrors, glass, furniture, doors, shelves, and other salon fixtures. Ensure all client areas are clean and ready before and after every service. Regularly disinfect high-touch areas such as handles, counters, chairs, and equipment surfaces. Keep bathrooms clean, sanitized, stocked, and presentable at all times. Empty and properly dispose of waste and salon-related rubbish according to hygiene requirements. Salon Support Assist the salon team with maintaining cleanliness between clients. Replace towels, tissues, toilet supplies, and other consumables when required. Keep cleaning products and equipment organized and safely stored. Report damaged equipment, maintenance issues, leaks, or hygiene concerns to the manager immediately. Support deep-cleaning activities according to the salon cleaning schedule. Standards & Expectations Maintain a luxury, spotless, and welcoming appearance throughout the salon. Follow all salon hygiene, health, and safety procedures. Be punctual, disciplined, and well-presented. Respect clients, colleagues, management, and salon property. Maintain confidentiality and professional behavior at all times. Be willing to assist with reasonable operational tasks when required. Requirements Previous cleaning experience is preferred, preferably in a salon, spa, hotel, clinic, or luxury hospitality environment . Good personal hygiene and professional appearance. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physically able to stand, walk, bend, and perform cleaning duties throughout the shift. Reliable, responsible, and hardworking. Basic English communication is preferred. Working Conditions Full-time position. Flexible working hours according to salon schedule. 1 day off per week , subject to the salon schedule. Must follow the salon's uniform and grooming standards. Performance Expectations The cleaner will be expected to maintain: Consistently high cleanliness standards. Clean and organized client areas throughout the day. Proper bathroom and reception presentation. Timely waste disposal. Correct use and storage of cleaning products. Positive and professional behavior with clients and staff. The goal is simple: every client should walk into a salon that looks, smells, and feels impeccably clean and luxurious. Pay: From AED1,500.00 per month Work Location: In person
