Salesforce Technical Lead Architect Omni Studio Multi-Cloud remote

Ensisinfo Inc is looking for a talented and driven Salesforce Technical Lead/Architect with expertise in Omni Studio and Multi-Cloud solutions to join our team in Carmichael, CA. Responsibilities:

• Design and architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
• Lead Omni Studio development including FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures
• Serve as the technical lead on Salesforce implementation projects, guiding development teams and enforcing best practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
• Conduct code reviews, architecture assessments, and ensure adherence to Salesforce governance and security standards
• Manage integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and architecture experience
• Deep expertise in Omni Studio (formerly Vlocity) — OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures
• Proven experience across Salesforce Multi-Cloud environments (Sales, Service, Experience, or Industry Clouds)
• Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC (Lightning Web Components), SOQL, and Salesforce APIs
• Salesforce certifications required (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, or OmniStudio Developer/Consultant)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools, and Salesforce deployment best practices
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
