The candidate should have strong technical development skills in Apex, Aura, LWC, Flows, Salesforce customization, configuration, APIs, and integration patterns . The role involves developing Salesforce functionalities, creating technical design documents, troubleshooting technical issues, debugging applications, and resolving defects. Key Responsibilities Create and maintain Technical Design Documents . Design, develop, and implement Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities. Customize and configure Salesforce applications based on business requirements. Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Aura, LWC, and Flows . Develop and support Service Cloud applications . Implement integrations using Salesforce APIs and integration patterns . Analyze application problems and technical issues. Perform debugging and identify root causes of defects. Fix defects and provide effective technical solutions. Work with functional teams and other developers to understand requirements. Follow Salesforce development and coding best practices. Support testing, deployment, and production issue resolution. Required Technical Skills 2–4 years of hands-on Salesforce technical development experience. Strong experience in Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud . Good experience with Salesforce customization and configuration . Strong hands-on experience with: Apex Apex Classes and Triggers Aura Lightning Web Components (LWC) Salesforce Flows Experience developing Service Cloud applications . Good knowledge of Salesforce APIs and integration patterns. Experience with Salesforce integration and external system connectivity. Strong debugging and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze issues and fix application defects. Certification / Preferred Experience Candidates must have either: Salesforce Integration Architect / Integration certification , or Salesforce Data Architect / Data Architecture certification , or Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Integration or Data Architecture . Additional Skills Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs. Understanding of Salesforce integration patterns. Knowledge of Salesforce data management and migration. Understanding of Salesforce security and sharing concepts. Good understanding of Salesforce development lifecycle. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a technical team. Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
