RESPONSIBILITIES Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs. Customize Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and triggers to meet business requirements. Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools. Collaborate with business analysts and project managers to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Perform unit testing, debugging, and ensure high-quality code delivery. Maintain documentation and provide technical guidance to junior developers. Stay updated with Salesforce releases and best practices to ensure optimal system performance REQUIREMENTS Must-have Requirements Experience Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Salesforce development. At least 2 years in a Senior role or equivalent position. Experience implementing Salesforce in large-scale banking, financial services, or fintech environments. Technical Knowledge Proficient in Apex, LWC, and advanced SOQL / SOSL. Strong understanding of Salesforce Security Model, Governor Limits, Performance Tuning, and Transaction Management. Experience with Salesforce CLI, Git, CI/CD, and multi-environment deployment (Dev / UAT / Prod). Soft Skills Architectural mindset and the ability to solve complex problems. Ability to communicate technical topics effectively with multiple stakeholders. Proactive and able to work under pressure in a mission-critical system environment. Nice-to-have Requirements Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II or Integration Architecture Designer. Experience with Financial Services Cloud.
