# Salesforce Developer (Service Cloud/ APEX) **PERSOL** · Singapore · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 2 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions primarily on the Service Cloud and Public Sector Solutions platforms Collaborate closely with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality Salesforce applications Design and develop custom Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud and Public Sector Solutions (PSS) Build and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) Implement declarative solutions using Flow Builder, Process Builder, and approval workflows. Develop and maintain integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools Configure and customize Service Cloud features including Case Management, Entitlements, Service Console, Knowledge Deliver solutions leveraging Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS) Support configuration and customization of PSS data models and regulatory workflows Participate in full SDLC including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment Support UAT, production deployments, and post-go-live hypercare activities. Requirements: Hands-on Salesforce development experience Experience in Salesforce Service Cloud implementation and customization Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS) Experience in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components, and Aura Components Experience with Salesforce DX, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines. Integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and Change Data Capture Familiarity with deployment tools such as VS Code with Salesforce Extensions, SFDX CLI, or Gearset Understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies Hands-on experience with Salesforce OmniStudio components: OmniScripts, DataRaptors, FlexCards, and Integration Procedures preferred Experience building and configuring Salesforce Experience Cloud (formerly Community Cloud) portals and sites preferred Interested candidates, please click on the following link to begin your job search journey and submit your curriculum vitae (CV) directly.
