We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer who will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and enhancing our CRM systems while also leading a small team and coordinating with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Develop, customize, and enhance Salesforce Lightning applications . Work on Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex (triggers, batch jobs, scheduled jobs), and Aura components . Optimize and manage SOQL & SOSL queries for efficient data handling. Handle Salesforce data migration tools for seamless data transfers. Develop and maintain custom objects, workflows, process builders, and validation rules . Lead and manage a team of developers, ensuring timely delivery of projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and actively participate in client/stakeholder communications . Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues efficiently. Key Requirements: 3–6 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning development . Strong expertise in LWC, Apex development, and Salesforce architecture . Hands-on experience with SOQL, SOSL, and data migration tools . Mandatory Salesforce certifications (PD1 required; PD2/PD3 preferred) . Prior experience in team handling or mentoring junior developers . Strong communication skills with experience in client/stakeholder interactions . Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per year Experience: LWC: 1 year (Preferred) Apex Integration: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: PD - 1 certification (Preferred) Work Location: In person
