The successful candidate will design, develop, integrate, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions that combine traditional CRM functionality with generative AI, automation, and intelligent agents. This role requires a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and modern Salesforce AI capabilities. The ideal candidate will have experience translating business requirements into secure, scalable, AI-enabled Salesforce solutions. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL, Flows, and Salesforce APIs . - Build and configure Salesforce Agentforce agents, topics, actions, prompts, and automated workflows. - Develop AI-powered Salesforce experiences using Agentforce, Prompt Builder, Data Cloud, and related Salesforce AI capabilities . - Integrate Claude/Anthropic-based AI capabilities with Salesforce applications to support conversational AI, content generation, summarization, classification, and intelligent automation. - Design and implement custom Agentforce actions using Apex, Flow, APIs, and external services. - Develop integrations between Salesforce and external AI/enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Named Credentials, OAuth, and middleware platforms . - Create reusable prompts and AI workflows that provide accurate, contextual, and business-relevant responses. - Work with Salesforce data and Data Cloud to provide trusted and relevant context to AI agents. - Implement appropriate security, sharing, permissions, data access, and governance controls for AI-powered Salesforce solutions. - Develop scalable and maintainable Apex code and Lightning Web Components following Salesforce best practices. - Optimize Salesforce solutions for performance, scalability, and platform governor limits. - Write unit tests and participate in code reviews, deployment activities, and release management. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Salesforce applications, integrations, and AI-enabled workflows. - Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, architects, data engineers, and other developers to deliver end-to-end solutions. - Stay current with Salesforce releases and emerging capabilities across Agentforce, Data Cloud, generative AI, and the Salesforce AI ecosystem . Required Skills & Experience - 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer . - Strong proficiency in: - Apex - Lightning Web Components (LWC) - SOQL/SOSL - Salesforce Flows - REST/SOAP APIs - Salesforce security and sharing - Salesforce deployment and DevOps practices - Hands-on experience implementing Salesforce Agentforce . - Experience creating and configuring: - Agentforce agents - Topics and instructions - Agent actions - Prompt templates - Apex/Flow-based actions - AI-driven automation - Experience with Claude/Anthropic or Claude-based enterprise AI solutions , including API integration, prompt engineering, or orchestration. - Understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, RAG, grounding, context management, and AI agent architecture . - Experience integrating Salesforce with external applications and AI platforms. - Good understanding of Salesforce data architecture and data security. - Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD, and deployment tools. - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications - Salesforce certifications such as: - Salesforce Platform Developer I/II - Salesforce Administrator - Salesforce AI Associate - Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant - Salesforce Platform App Builder - Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and AI grounding. - Experience working with Anthropic Claude APIs or other enterprise LLM APIs. - Experience with middleware such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar integration platforms. - Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern web development. - Knowledge of responsible AI, data privacy, AI security, and governance. - Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
