The role partners closely with Sales, Engineering, Project Management, and Service teams to support customer opportunities across Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Petrochemical, and Industrial markets while ensuring commercial compliance and profitability. Essential Responsibilities:- - Develop proposals; may negotiate with customers; ensure deals deliver shareholder value; drive competitive pricing. May include compiling and submitting required tender documentation. - Handles standardized products with pre-defined options. - Contributes to predefined contracts and a framework of conditions and prices is set. - Handles targeted clients - Discusses sales approach with manager. - Leads a department of medium-large personnel costs. - Handles Low - Medium - region size, stable region, established market presence Qualifications/Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Technology - Have 3 -4 years of tender, proposal, commercial operations, sales support, or bid management experience. - Have tender management experience - Experience managing RFQs, tender submissions, and commercial proposals. - Good analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Strong understanding of rotating equipment, vibration monitoring, asset condition monitoring, and industrial automation systems (Preferred) - Experience with machinery protection and condition monitoring solutions – (Preferred) Additional Details - Job Type : Contract of 12-Months (with chances of extension/conversion) - Location: Kuala Lumpur - Working Hour: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm - Salary Range: Up to RM7,500.00 Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month Benefits: - Health insurance - Opportunities for promotion - Professional development Work Location: In person
