Key Responsibilities: Manage, direct, and evaluate the sales team. Set monthly and quarterly sales targets and ensure they are met. Train team members on closing deals and negotiation techniques. Monitor KPIs and report sales performance directly to management. Handle key client accounts and resolve escalated issues. Requirements: Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Team Leader. Strong background in B2B/B2C sales. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis. Pay: KD300.000 - KD350.000 per month Work Location: In person
