Sales Team Lead – Water & Wastewater Treatment

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Business Development / Sales Manager to lead business development and sales initiatives across targeted industrial markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in water and wastewater treatment, cooling tower applications, water treatment chemicals, and wastewater polymers, with a proven track record of success in B2B sales.

This role will be responsible for expanding market presence, developing new business opportunities, managing key customer relationships, and delivering value-driven technical and commercial solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with technical and operational teams to understand customer requirements and develop solutions that address their business and process needs.

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years of proven B2B sales and business development experience , preferably within water treatment, wastewater treatment, cooling tower applications, industrial chemicals, or related technical solutions.
• Minimum 8 years of experience selling wastewater polymers and water treatment chemicals , preferably to manufacturing and industrial customers.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business within a competitive B2B environment.
• Experience managing both new business development and existing strategic accounts .
• A Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Strong understanding of industrial water and wastewater treatment processes and applications.
• Demonstrated ability to engage with technical teams, plant personnel, procurement teams, and senior decision-makers.
• Strong business development, account management, and relationship-building capabilities.

Pay: $125,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
