Key Requirement * Strong target & sales orientation * 1–2+ years’ experience in Sales + Team Handling * Experience in Loans / Insurance / Credit Cards / Financial Sales / Target-based Sales preferred * Proven ability to drive team targets & conversions * Proactive, responsible & highly accountable * Excellent communication & people-management skills * English + Kannada mandatory * Good computer & CRM knowledge * Ability to train, motivate, monitor and retain the team * Must be willing to work from office, full-time Job Details Work from Office Monday–Saturday | 9:30 AM–6:30 PM ₹30,000–₹35,000 Fixed + Performance Incentives Team Size: 8–10 Sales Executives Looking for a GO-GETTER who can own the team target and drive results.
