The primary responsibility is to ensure team productivity, monitor individual performance, achieve sales targets, and maintain accountability through regular follow-ups and performance reviews. Key Responsibilities - Manage and supervise the daily activities of the sales team. - Assign sales targets, leads, and responsibilities to team members. - Monitor individual and team performance against assigned KPIs and revenue targets. - Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and follow-ups. - Guide, motivate, and coach team members to improve sales performance and conversions. - Ensure timely client follow-ups, proposal submissions, and deal closures. - Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans. - Track sales pipeline, lead status, conversion rates, and revenue generation. - Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth client handling and service delivery. - Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports to management. - Ensure compliance with company policies, CRM procedures, reporting standards, and escalation processes. - Support the team in resolving client issues and handling major sales escalations. Requirements - Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably with team leadership experience. - Proven ability to manage, motivate, and improve team performance. - Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. - Experience in target setting, KPI monitoring, and sales reporting. - Proficiency in CRM systems and sales performance tracking. - Ability to maintain team discipline, accountability, and consistent follow-up. - Experience in the Qatar or GCC market is preferred. License/Certification: - Qatar Driving License (Required) Work Location: In person
