This role involves sales research, lead generation and talent mapping, market research, candidate identification, and lead generation to help drive hiring and business growth. Key Responsibilities - Research target companies and build qualified sales lead databases. - Identify key decision-makers and maintain accurate prospect information. - Conduct talent mapping and market research for internal and client hiring mandates. - Identify and source potential candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, and other research tools. - Prepare market intelligence, company insights, and research reports. - Maintain organized databases and ensure data accuracy. - Collaborate with Recruitment and Business Development teams on ongoing projects. What We're Looking For - 1 - 3 years of experience in Sales Research, Talent Mapping, Lead Generation, or Market Research. - Strong research and analytical skills. - Good communication and organizational abilities. - Proficiency in LinkedIn, job portals, MS Excel, and Google Sheets. Self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a remote environment.
