Siemens Canada is seeking an accomplished Sales Support Professional to join our Oakville, Ontario office. This is a critical role designed for an MBA graduate with 5-7 years of progressive experience in sales excellence, sales operations, and customer-facing business. The successful candidate will drive operational excellence, enhance sales enablement, and support sustainable business growth across Siemens Canada. This is a 15 to 20 month contract term employee role. Key Responsibilities: Salesforce & CRM Leadership Serve as the subject matter expert for Salesforce/CRM systems, promoting optimal utilization across the sales organization through comprehensive training programs and best practice initiatives. Design, test, and implement analytical reports and dashboards that track critical KPIs including sales representative performance, pipeline volume and quality, and revenue outcomes. Maintain data integrity through disciplined data governance practices and lead corrective action initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment and continuous optimization of CRM applications. Manage lead and opportunity workflows to support pipeline health and sales effectiveness. Sales Strategy & Account Management Help conceive, develop and execute the Inside Sales strategy for Siemens Canada, establishing sustainable revenue growth initiatives. Lead ongoing revisions and strategy refreshes for new and ongoing growth initiatives for Siemens Canada. Own and develop 1–2 strategic customer accounts, delivering measurable sales performance and customer satisfaction outcomes. Align marketing, business development, and sales teams to ensure seamless customer engagement and consistent market positioning. Project manage sales transformation initiatives and drive adoption of sales efficiency tools (Bombora, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce Sales Engagement, Outreach, and similar platforms). Vertical Growth & Customer Insights Coordinate market intelligence processes to maintain a comprehensive understanding of market dynamics and competitive positioning. Lead customer feedback and voice-of-customer initiatives, ensuring appropriate sample sizes and survey quality. Analyze feedback results and facilitate cross-functional follow-up with business units to drive continuous improvement. Prepare executive-level reports and presentations for sales leadership covering market intelligence, NPS, sales initiatives, and performance analysis. Performance Management & Analytics Coordinate cross-functional execution of business strategies, translating strategic priorities into actionable initiatives and supporting alignment across regional teams Analyze and present performance metrics, forecasts, and funnel analytics during recurring business reviews to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and support business planning Drive regional data transparency and quality through regular validation and quality checks, identifying data gaps and coordinating with businesses to improve accuracy and reliability. Develop and deliver training workshops for sales teams to support the adoption of new and updated business processes and ensure alignment with required workflows. Serve as the primary regional owner and point of contact for key data and analytics tools supporting Smart Infrastructure, developing tailored analyses and presentations and providing timely data and insights to support stakeholder decision-making. Sales Enablement & Support Support the Head of Sales in executing strategic initiatives and organizational objectives. Provide regional sales teams with operational support and guidance as required. Provide business units with data exports and analyses as per operational requirements. Participate in market development activities, including customer events, trade fairs, conferences, and industry workshops. Location: This is a hybrid role requiring in-office presence 1-3 days / week in our Oakville, ON Office. What will you need to succeed? Education: MBA or equivalent advanced degree in Sales, Strategy, Marketing, or related discipline. Experience: 5-7 years of progressive professional experience in sales excellence, sales operations, sales administration, business analytics or comparable roles. Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency with Salesforce/CRM systems and demonstrated understanding of modern sales processes and strategies. Software Proficiency: Advanced competency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel; ability to develop data-driven presentations and analytical models. Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into actionable business insights Project Management: Strong organizational and project management capabilities with ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to senior leadership; strong interpersonal skills and collaborative approach.
