We help tenants rent smarter through flexible payment solutions and rewards, while supporting landlords and property managers with innovative technology. As we expand into Hong Kong, we're looking for a motivated Hong Kong student based in Singapore to support our sales and operations team. Job Description This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants hands-on experience in a startup environment. You'll work closely with the Hong Kong team to support sales, customer communications, marketing, and operational activities. Your local knowledge and bilingual skills will help us build a trusted and customer-friendly experience for the Hong Kong market. Key Responsibilities Support the Hong Kong sales team with administrative and operational tasks. Translate marketing materials, emails, website content, and customer communications between English and Traditional Chinese. Review translated content to ensure it is culturally appropriate for Hong Kong audiences. Assist with customer enquiries via email, chat, and other communication channels. Help prepare sales presentations, proposals, and promotional materials. Conduct market research on the Hong Kong rental market and competitors. Maintain CRM records and ensure customer information is accurate. Assist with customer onboarding and application support. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experiences. Provide general administrative support to the Hong Kong business as required. Requirements Current university student based in Singapore. Native or fluent in Traditional Chinese (Cantonese) and English. Strong written translation skills in both English and Traditional Chinese. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organised with strong attention to detail. Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced startup environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspaces.
