The ideal candidate should have an engineering background with knowledge of Electrical systems, BMS/SCADA Systems, technical documentation, and sales coordination . Key Responsibilities Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, presentations, material submittals, and technical documents . Conduct market research to identify potential vendors, contractors, and business opportunities . Provide technical and administrative support to sales engineers and customers . Coordinate with engineering and procurement teams to monitor project status, sales processes, quotations, and deliveries. Review technical specifications, drawings, and project requirements. Prepare and maintain accurate sales and project documentation. Support the preparation of BMS and electrical technical submittals . Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, contractors, and internal departments. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related discipline . 1–2 years of experience , preferably in sales coordination/support within the Electrical, BMS, MEP, or building automation industry . Basic knowledge of construction, contracting, switchgear, electrical systems, and BMS . Ability to read and interpret BMS and Electrical drawings . Ability to understand technical data, specifications, and project requirements. Strong documentation and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – Excel, Word, and PowerPoint . Familiarity with AutoCAD is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. Visa Preference Candidates currently on a valid UAE-sponsored/own visa or transferable visa are preferred.
