Conduct site inspections and take accurate measurements to support project planning and design. 2. Prepare, organize, and deliver floor plans and other project documentation in a timely and accurate manner. 3. Assist in the collection and retrieval of client payments — scheduled and performed only after completing other assigned duties and subject to availability. 4. Support the procurement function by canvassing suppliers and sourcing materials required for special projects as directed. 5. Maintain accurate records of documents, deliveries, and collection activities. Qualifications · Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Technical courses related to Civil Engineering and/or Architecture or a related field (or its equivalent) · Good scholastic record / above-average academic standing · Good moral character and professional integrity · Familiarity with Metro Manila areas and ability to travel to project sites as needed · Courteous and professional when interacting with clients and internal teams · Flexible and willing to perform fieldwork and document deliveries · Detail-oriented and consistent in following procedures · Basic knowledge in CAD is an advantage What we offer · 13th to 15th month pay · Rice Subsidy and Allowances · Vacation Leave and Sick Leave (annually, unused leaves convertible to cash) · Bereavement Leave; · Medical and Insurance benefits; · Retirement/Separation Pay.
