Understand customers' needs, preferences, and occasions to recommend suitable KARIMADON products. Provide knowledgeable assistance on our dresses, gowns, collections, and other fashion pieces. Achieve individual and store sales targets and performance goals. Build and maintain good relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases and customer loyalty. Assist customers with fitting, sizing, styling, and product selection. Maintain excellent knowledge of current products, collections, promotions, prices, and store policies. Conduct product presentation, replenishment, tagging, and proper arrangement of merchandise. Ensure that the sales floor, fitting rooms, displays, and other areas are clean, organized, and presentable. Assist with inventory checking, stock movement, and receiving of merchandise when needed. Properly handle customer transactions and coordinate with the cashier or appropriate personnel. Assist in handling customer inquiries, requests, and concerns professionally. Participate in store promotions, events, and other sales activities. Maintain proper care and security of company merchandise and store property. Coordinate effectively with the Store OIC/Manager and fellow Sales Staff to ensure smooth daily operations. Perform other duties related to sales and store operations as assigned by Management. Qualifications At least Senior High School graduate; college level or graduate is an advantage. Preferably with sales or retail experience, especially in fashion, boutique, beauty, or luxury retail. Fresh graduates and applicants with strong customer-service skills are welcome to apply. Customer-oriented, approachable, and confident when dealing with customers. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Has a positive attitude and enjoys working with people. Sales-driven and target-oriented. Well-groomed and able to maintain a professional appearance. Detail-oriented and organized. Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules, depending on store requirements. Willing to be assigned to any KARIMADON boutique within the agreed area.
