Expand the customer base within the Bakery, Café, Restaurant, and Hotel (HoReCa) segments. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers. Advise customers on ingredient solutions that best meet their business needs. Coordinate with the Technical Team to conduct product demonstrations and provide application support. Monitor sales plans and revenue performance, and achieve assigned sales targets. Provide technical support and offer product and market information to customers. Receive and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues related to products and services. Participate in promotional activities, marketing campaigns, and customer care programs. Collaborate with internal departments to achieve sales objectives and overall company goals. Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager. Stay updated on market developments, competitor activities, and trends in the F&B industry.
