The ideal candidate should be comfortable understanding technical solutions and explaining them clearly to clients. Key Responsibilities Generate and develop new sales leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media, referrals and site visits. Meet clients and understand their home automation requirements. Recommend suitable smart home solutions based on the client’s needs and budget. Prepare quotations and proposals in coordination with the technical team. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations. Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into projects. Coordinate with the technical/installation team from sales through project completion. Build and maintain strong relationships with villa owners, consultants, contractors, interior designers and developers. Achieve agreed sales targets. Requirements Engineering degree/diploma or strong technical background . Experience in sales, preferably in smart home automation, electrical, HVAC, IoT, ELV, home technology or related fields . Good understanding of electrical/technical concepts. Strong communication and presentation skills. UAE driving licence is preferred. Ability to work independently and actively pursue new business opportunities. Good English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage. Preferred Knowledge Experience or familiarity with Aqara, KNX, smart lighting, motorized curtains, HVAC/thermostats, sensors, smart locks, CCTV and home automation systems is an advantage.
