Sales Representative (Mandarin Speaking)-On-site role

J&K Global Food is a wholesaler & importer based in Romford London. We support over 900 Japanese, Korean restaurants, and Asian supermarkets all over England and Wales.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Conduct sales activities to generate leads and close sales with potential customers
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Provide product information and demonstrations to customers
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review

Qualifications:

• Fluency in both English and Mandarin
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Goal-oriented mindset with a drive for success

The ideal candidate will:

• Ability to commute to Debden Station (Central Line) (Transportation will be provided from the station to the office)
• Experience in sales and/or customer service will be a plus
• Knowledge of Japanese/Asian/ethnic foods will be a plus
• Basic computer skills for data entry and communication Microsoft Office Excel
