Sales Representative

Job Overview

Looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our Sheds Manufacturing organization. You’ll combine attentive customer service, clear communication, and practical product knowledge to support sales.

SUMMARY:

The sales representative provides sole support to sales team by performing several administrative tasks. This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Prepare quotes and contracts for potential customers.

· Maintains all quote documentation with accurate pricing and specifications.

· Provides timely responses to sales leads.

· Develops and delivers sales presentations in a professional and effective manner.

· Reviews site inspections to make sure customers can properly place their building on their property.

· Coordinates customer deliveries with the local delivery crew.

· Receives payment from the customer via cash, check or credit card.

· Make daily bank deposits.

· Must maintain office clean and organized

· Responsible for opening and closing the lot based on company standards.

· Walk with customers around the lot and show them different building styles for potential sales.

· Must be able to comply with the hours of operations of the office:

o Monday-Friday 9am-5pm

o Saturdays-9am-4pm

Education and Experience

· High School Diploma or GED is preferred.

· 5 years of sales experience

Qualifications/Knowledge

· Presentation Skills

· Customer /Client Focus

· Personal Effectiveness/Credibility. Bilingual preferred

· Great Communication and Customer Service Skills

· Must have clean background and MVR

Work Environment

· This position operates in a professional office environment.

· This role routinely involves standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Physical Requirements

· This is mostly a sedentary role.

· Ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary.

· Requires frequent walking to the lot

· Must be able to work in an inside-office environment.

· Must adjust to all types of weather while working outside

Candidates must pass background which includes credit check, drug testing and clean MVR.

Pay: $59,000.00 - $71,200.00 per year
