The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, customer-focused, and capable of performing effectively in a fast-paced and target-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Achieve assigned sales targets through effective sales and marketing initiatives. Build and maintain professional relationships with dealers, financing partners, and clients. Review loan applications and verify the completeness of required documents before submission for credit investigation. Track loan applications and follow up on pending requirements to ensure timely processing. Assist in recruiting, training, onboarding, and supporting prospective Loan Consultants. Ensure promotional and marketing materials are properly displayed and distributed within the branch. Conduct field activities to generate leads, develop partnerships, and expand the customer base. Guide clients throughout the loan application process while providing excellent customer service. Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and other necessary documentation. Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to support efficient loan processing and approval. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree holder or college undergraduate. At least 2 years of sales experience . Background in vehicle sales or financing is an advantage. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Results-oriented, highly motivated, and able to work under pressure while achieving targets. Willing to undergo a 2-week training program in Ortigas, Pasig .
