# Sales Representative **Primetech Oil Incorporated** · Muntinlupa · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 4 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelors/College Degree. - Preferably with at least 2 years of Sales work experience, and 1 year background experience in relevant work in oil industry. - Highly analytical with good problem-solving skills. - Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills. - Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills. - Attention to detail, speed, efficiency and teamwork skills. - Punctual, organized, motivated, detail oriented and able to multitask. - Proficient in all Microsoft Office and other similar software business app social media applications. - Exceptional customer service skills. - Preferably with own vehicle (2W or 4W) RESPONSIBILITIES: - Distributor/Key Accounts/Retailer Sales Lead Generation through research and sourcing. - Account and area coverage maintenance and development - Make Telephone Calls and in-person visits and presentations to customers. - Closing Actual Transactions. - Setting reasonable sales targets to be achieved by the sales team. - Prepare Customer Data Sheet - Submit Daily Activity Report (DAR). - Submit sales and other data reports as required to track sales performance - Develop written proposals when needed. - Competitor Scan: Account and Area coverage; Price tracking; Trade & - Marketing Programs and other relevant information. - Coordinate sales efforts with other departments. - Sales events development and participation (on assignment). - Customer Profiling.- Sales Process Management. - Customer Service Management.- Be point person for customer queries - Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints. - Build rapport and maintain good relations with customers. - Distributor relationship management in partnership with the Regional Sales Manager. - Other tasks as assigned by management GENERAL TASK: - Inspect the work area for hazards and address them before beginning work. - Follow 5S principles - Perform a final hazard inspection of the work area before leaving. - Report daily output to the Team Leader. - Participate in corrective action formulation, including root cause analysis, investigation, and team discussions. - Contribute to process improvements, programs, projects, and activities. - Provide suggestions, recommendations, and evaluations for team ideas. - Submit leave applications in advance for scheduled time off and notify your supervisor if you are unable to report for duty, providing a truthful reason for the absence. - Submit overtime forms for approval from the department head when overtime is worked. - Attend monthly team meetings, providing feedback, suggestions, and recommendations. - Participate in company learning and development programs, including training, seminars, mentorship, coaching, and workshops. - Engage in HR processes related to severance and grievances when necessary. - Be open to cross-training and reassignment to other roles as required. Provide feedback on personal competency before any role transfer. - Participate in organizational culture and employee engagement initiatives. - Respond to employee surveys, temperature checks, and 360-degree feedback as requested by HR or management. - Be adaptable to any other tasks as assigned by superiors or management.
