Sales Representative
Job Location: Al Qouz We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Representative to join our auto parts company. The candidate will be responsible for developing new customers, managing existing accounts, promoting our range of automotive spare parts, and achieving monthly sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new customers, including garages, workshops, retailers, fleet companies, and auto parts dealers . Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure regular follow-ups. Promote and sell automotive spare parts and related products. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable parts based on vehicle make, model, and application. Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales. Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets . Conduct regular customer visits and market visits to generate new business. Follow up on enquiries, quotations, pending orders, and payments. Coordinate with the warehouse and operations teams to ensure timely order delivery. Monitor competitor pricing, products, and market trends. Maintain accurate records of customer information, sales activities, and follow-ups. Handle customer concerns professionally and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Provide regular sales reports and updates to the Sales Manager. Requirements: Previous experience in auto parts / automotive spare parts sales is preferred. Experience in B2B sales, particularly with garages, workshops, dealers, or fleet customers, is an advantage. Good knowledge of automotive spare parts and vehicle components. Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills. Target-driven and self-motivated personality. Ability to generate leads and convert them into sales. Good knowledge of the local automotive market is an advantage. UAE driving licence is preferred. Good English communication skills; Must be fluent in Hindi / Malayali. Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month Work Location: In person
