In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business, managing client relationships, and providing solutions for residential and commercial clients. If you have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sales and service, we want to hear from you. Duties Generate new leads through cold calling, referrals, site visits, and local outreach Respond promptly to incoming sales inquiries and assess client needs Provide estimates, quotes, and proposals for plumbing, heating, and HVAC services Conduct on-site evaluations and explain technical solutions in layman’s terms Maintain CRM records of leads, follow-ups, and closed deals Coordinate with project managers, technicians, and estimators to ensure service accuracy Follow up with clients after service to ensure satisfaction and promote repeat business Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and local construction activity Represent Dean Plumbing & Heating professionally in all interactions Skills Proven sales experience (B2B or residential) preferred—construction or trades background a plus Knowledge of plumbing and HVAC systems is highly desirable (training available) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively Comfortable working in the field, visiting job sites and clients Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Basic computer skills (email, CRM, estimating software) High school diploma or equivalent (college or trade education a plus) What We Offer This is a commission based role Company vehicle or reimbursement for travel Paid training and industry certification opportunities Supportive, family-owned company culture Growth opportunities in sales, project management, or operations Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract Pay: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year Benefits: Flexible schedule Work Location: Hybrid remote in Dayton, NJ 08810
