You will manage the daily logistics of orders, monitor on-shelf availability, and build strong relationships with the managers to ensure our products are always stocked and prominently displayed. Key Responsibilities Retail & Supermarket Coordination : Perform daily visits to assigned supermarket branches. Coordinate with the managers to ensure our products are correctly stocked and priced. Supplier Liaison : Act as the primary point of contact for suppliers regarding stock availability, incoming shipments, and lead times. Field Merchandising Oversight : Ensure “share of shelf” is maintained according to company standards. Monitor the setup of promotional displays and end caps. Order Management : Process daily sales orders from retail accounts. Ensure orders are transmitted to the warehouse accurately and follow up on delivery status to prevent out-of-stock situations. Market Intelligence : Provide daily field reports on competitor activity, pricing shifts, and new product launches observed during supermarket visits. Discrepancy Resolution : Handle “return and bad stock” (damaged or expired goods) at the store level, ensuring proper documentation and replacement in compliance with pharmaceutical/food safety standards.
