# Sales Representative **Breath Trailer** · Holroyd NSW 2142 · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: сегодня* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Experienced Caravan / Camper Trailer Sales Consultant Breath Trailer | Sydney, NSW Full-Time | Base Salary + Attractive Commission Breath Trailer is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Caravan, Camper Trailer or RV Sales Consultant to join our team in Sydney. This is not a cold-calling or lead-generation position. We already generate our own enquiries and book appointments. Your job is simple: meet interested customers, understand what they're looking for, recommend the right trailer, follow up and close the sale. Why this role is different Warm leads and appointments provided Base salary + attractive commission structure Strong earning potential with no commission cap No cold calling or door-to-door prospecting Sell a growing range of camper trailers from approximately $20,000–$40,000+ Work directly with the founder and a small, fast-growing team Opportunity to grow into a senior sales / sales management position as the company expands What you'll be doing You'll manage customers from their sales appointment through to deposit. This includes: Conducting showroom and phone/video sales appointments Understanding each customer's travel, towing and camping requirements Presenting the right Breath Trailer model and options Explaining features, upgrades and pricing Handling questions and objections confidently Preparing and following up quotes Following up customers who aren't ready to purchase immediately Negotiating and closing sales Maintaining relationships with customers throughout the buying process Keeping our CRM and sales pipeline organised Who we're looking for Industry experience is important for this position. Ideally, you've previously sold: Caravans Camper trailers Motorhomes / RVs 4WD / off-road products Boats or similar recreational vehicles Automotive products You should already be comfortable discussing things such as towing capacity, tare/ATM/GTM, tow-ball weight, electric brakes, solar, lithium batteries, off-grid systems and common customer questions around caravanning and camping. We're not looking for someone who needs to learn sales from zero. We're looking for someone who already knows how to sell, follow up and close. About you You're confident without being pushy. You understand that good sales isn't about pressuring someone into buying. It's about understanding what they need, building trust, recommending the right solution and helping them make a decision. You're proactive with follow-ups, comfortable asking for the sale and motivated by commission and results. Remuneration Competitive base salary + commission on sales. Strong performers will have significant earning potential because the leads and appointments are already provided.
