Sales Representative
Sales Representative – Commission-Based Ash Pallet Management is looking for a motivated, driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. Pallet industry experience is not required. We are looking for someone who has sales experience in a similar fast-paced, relationship-driven environment such as manufacturing, logistics, transportation, warehousing, recycling, industrial services, packaging, or supply chain. This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable developing new business, building long-term customer relationships, and actively pursuing sales opportunities. Responsibilities: Generate and develop new business opportunities Prospect and cold call potential customers Build and maintain strong customer relationships Identify customer needs and provide solutions Follow up on leads, quotes, and potential opportunities Work closely with operations to ensure customer expectations can be met Maintain and grow existing accounts Meet established sales and revenue goals What We’re Looking For: Previous B2B sales or business development experience preferred Experience in logistics, manufacturing, transportation, warehousing, packaging, recycling, or a similar industry is a plus Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable cold calling and prospecting Self-motivated and results-driven Able to work independently and manage a sales pipeline Pallet industry experience is not required Compensation: Competitive compensation structure Commission-based earning opportunity Strong earning potential based on new business and account growth We are looking for someone who wants to grow with Ash Pallet Management and is motivated by the opportunity to directly impact their earning potential through sales performance.
