Sales Representative

We're looking for a driven, outgoing sales representative to help us grow our client base across the city and the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).

What you'll do:

• Promote and sell our company's services to potential clients
• Work from an existing database of 100+ clients to start, plus find and develop new business opportunities (residential, commercial, contractors, property managers, etc.)
• Build relationships and close deals — we need someone who can actually sell, not just talk
• Represent the company professionally in person, over the phone, and online

What we're looking for:

• A confident, persuasive communicator who isn't afraid to hustle
• Sales experience preferred, but drive and results matter more than a resume
• Must have a reliable vehicle — you'll be traveling around the city and possibly the GTA
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Bonus: experience in construction, home services, or a related trade

Compensation:

• Hourly base pay + commission — the more clients you bring in, the more you earn
• Starts as part-time ; strong performers who consistently bring in clients can grow into a full-time role
• You'll be working with a solid head start: 100+ clients already in our database
