The Role We're hiring a Sales Representative / Account Manager to grow referral relationships in the Chicago market. You will: Build and manage relationships with real estate attorneys, realtors, and lenders across Chicagoland — attorneys first; Illinois is an attorney-review state and that network drives title selection Generate new business through outreach, networking, education events, and referral partner development Represent Alltech at industry events, CLE-style education sessions, and partner meetings Work leads from our signal-based Chicago pipeline and convert them into repeat referral sources Partner with operations to ensure every closing you bring in strengthens the relationship that sent it You have: 3+ years of B2B relationship sales experience — title, real estate, lending, or legal services strongly preferred An existing network among Chicago-area real estate professionals (attorneys, agents, or lenders) is a significant plus Self-directed prospecting habits and comfort being measured on results Illinois title insurance producer license a plus, or willingness to obtain Compensation & benefits: $[60,000–80,000] base depending on experience plus uncapped commission on production, with year-one on-target earnings of $[100,000–150,000+].
