Sales & Project Co-ordinator
# Sales & Project Co-ordinator **Bond It** · Haarlem · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 3 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role The opportunity This is a brand-new role at Bond, created for one reason: our work has outgrown the informal way we've always handled the commercial side of it, and we want to do it properly — without ever losing the personal, white-glove service our clients rely on. Bond looks after the technology on some of the world's most extraordinary super yachts. For over 20 years we've been the trusted partner who stays — from the earliest design conversation on a new build, through installation and commissioning, to a support call at 2am in the middle of the Mediterranean. Our clients sit at the very top of the yachting world: shipyards, captains and ETOs, owners, family offices and management companies. They expect nothing less than exceptional, and so do we. As Sales & Project Co-ordinator, you'll be the person who turns every incoming enquiry into work that's won, delivered and remembered for the right reasons. What makes this role different It's genuinely varied. Inbound opportunities land across a real range of products and services, and you'll handle the full spread: Software licences — quoting, ordering and renewing subscriptions and licences before they lapse. Hardware — sourcing, quoting and ordering the kit our clients need. Simple installations — owning straightforward jobs from enquiry to completion. Complex integrations — scoping the bigger, more technical projects and triaging them cleanly into our Integration team, with complete information and clear ownership so nothing falls through the cracks. One day you're closing a licence renewal; the next you're coordinating a hardware shipment to a shipyard or scoping a full integration. If you like variety and you like getting things done , you'll thrive here. What you'll own Winning and moving the work forward Triage incoming commercial enquiries, route them to the right workstream and keep each opportunity moving to a clear next step or close. Clarify scope with clients and technical colleagues, gather supplier pricing and prepare accurate, professional quotes. Follow up with clients, record decisions, and spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities as they arise. Renewals Get ahead of the renewal horizon — start the conversation before licences, warranties and subscriptions expire. Turn automated renewal tickets into clean, well-prepared renewal offers, and drive them to a decision. Orders, delivery and handover Raise and manage purchase orders, chase suppliers and track shipments through to delivery. Coordinate payment confirmation and invoicing with the Accounts team. Hand won work into the project workflow — complete, clearly owned, ready to go. Coordination and keeping everything clean Coordinate logistics, stock and, when needed, travel and site access — calmly, even when plans change at short notice. Keep our CRM, quoting and asset records accurate, current and trusted, so the whole team can rely on them. What you'll bring We care far more about how you work than about your exact background. That said, the following will set you up to succeed: Diligence and a strong work ethic — genuine attention to detail, and the discipline to keep multiple opportunities, orders and deadlines moving without losing track. A passion for the customer experience — you measure success by how looked-after the client feels, and you communicate clearly with technical and non-technical people alike. Curiosity and initiative — you chase down missing information, solve problems before they become delays, and bring solutions rather than just flagging problems. A growth mindset — self-aware, always improving, always looking for a simpler and more scalable way to work. Confidence with systems — CRM, quoting, ticketing or ERP tools. Experience with HALO PSA or Quoter is a bonus, not a requirement. Some experience in B2B sales support, quoting, order management, renewals, purchasing or commercial operations — ideally in technology or technical services — is helpful. Nice to have (but we'll happily teach you): an interest in network, AV, IT, hardware and software products; exposure to international shipping, customs, stock control or logistics. You do not need a background in yachting. You need to care deeply about doing exceptional work for demanding, discerning clients. The Bond DNA — who thrives here Our culture is our greatest commercial asset, and it's the real reason people stay. These aren't box-ticking criteria — they're the qualities we see in every Bond person who has helped build this company: Customer-centric — you judge success by the experience of the owner, crew and client team, not just by closing a task. A relationship builder — you communicate early, follow through, and earn trust with clients, colleagues and suppliers. A collaborative team player — low ego, international, happy to work across functions for the shared outcome. Calm under pressure — you keep priorities visible and the detail controlled when deadlines and plans shift. Growth-minded — curious, self-aware, always improving. Owns it, with integrity — you protect data quality and see your commitments through, end to end. We're a small company, technically exceptional and genuinely people-first. That combination is rare — and it's exactly who we hire. Location This role is based at our Haarlem, Netherlands hub. This is an on-site / hub-based role; no relocation package is offered, so please be based in or able to commute to the Haarlem area.
