The ideal candidate will have strong customer service and sales skills, a good understanding of fashion retail, and the ability to create a welcoming shopping experience while achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional assistance. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products. Achieve individual and store sales targets. Maintain excellent customer service and build positive customer relationships. Maintain proper product display, store presentation, and visual merchandising standards. Keep products organized and ensure stock is properly handled. Support stock replenishment, inventory checks, and product transfers when required. Process sales and payments accurately using the POS system. Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally. Follow company policies, sales procedures, and store standards. Support daily opening and closing activities as required. Requirements 1–3 years of experience in retail sales; apparel/fashion experience is preferred . Fluent Arabic speaker – Mandatory. Good English communication skills. Previous UAE retail experience is preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills. Sales-oriented with the ability to achieve targets. Well-groomed, presentable, and confident. Positive attitude and professional approach. Basic knowledge of POS systems and Microsoft Office. Flexible to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, and promotional periods.
