We compete on quality, reliable delivery, and strong customer relationships. Position Summary We are looking for a hands-on Sales & Operations Manager to lead both our commercial growth and our day-to-day operations. This is a key leadership role for someone who can close sales, strengthen client relationships, negotiate with suppliers, and make sure orders, warehouse, and logistics run smoothly. You'll be the link between the sales floor, the warehouse, and management. Key Responsibilities Define and drive strategies for the company's growth and market expansion. Lead the commercial strategy: capture and retain clients, close sales, negotiate with suppliers, and grow revenue while protecting margins. Oversee day-to-day operations: order fulfillment, dispatch, warehouse, cold storage, and inventory. Lead and supervise the sales and logistics team and their weekly KPIs. Manage accounts-receivable collections and keep customer accounts current. Prepare weekly reports for management and work hand-in-hand with the Financial Manager on collections, margins, and cost control. Requirements 3+ years in sales and/or operations, preferably in seafood, meat, or perishable food distribution. Proven ability to close B2B sales and manage customer accounts. Strong knowledge of inventory, cold-chain handling, and logistics. Leadership skills to supervise a small team. Valid U.S. driver's license. Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred. Proficiency with basic business/inventory software and Excel. Interested?
